Digital Customer Engagement Manager, Edinburgh
You will have a customer centric, digital first ethos and be involved in helping to develop and deliver my clients customer engagement strategy. Influencing the use of new technology Social Media/ Chat/SMS/ Email, by optimising those channels balancing the need for telephony based contact with enhanced ease of digital alternatives.

Please get in touch if you have experience of the below;
Experience of leading community/digital teams.
Detailed knowledge of working in a regulated industry.
Experience of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodology.
Evidenced experience of working with a critical 3rd Party supplier.
Extensive knowledge of owning and enhancing digital systems.
Social Media & Community Best Practice.
