About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a tier 1 Company for an experienced Reflex Functional Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, execution, and monitoring of business processes related to warehouse management, with a primary focus on the Reflex product. Your expertise will ensure that all business recipes run smoothly, while collaborating with integrators and publishers for seamless project delivery.
Reflex Functional Consultant Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Recipe Support: Assist in the creation and start-up of business recipes, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Testing & Validation: Develop test books, generate test data, and execute test scenarios to validate business processes.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and report the progress of the business recipe using tools like Jira.
  • Defect Management: Provide expert analysis, troubleshooting, and responses to defects.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with integrators and publishers to ensure the smooth running of the business recipe.
  • Tool Updates: Regularly update monitoring and progress tools.
Reflex Functional Consultant Required Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive involvement in follow-up ceremonies and project milestones.
  • Excellent team collaboration, creativity, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Strong communication and editorial skills to clearly articulate complex processes.
Reflex Functional Consultant Technical Expertise:
  • Expert knowledge of the Reflex product.
Functional Knowledge:
  • Solid understanding of logistics chains and warehouse management principles.
Languages:
  • French: Mandatory (written and spoken).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Logistics Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in supporting and managing business recipes, particularly in logistics or supply chain environments.
