PMO Manager – St Andrews (Hybrid)

We’re on the hunt for an experienced PMO Manager to join a well-respected organisation based in St Andrews. This is a permanent position with a hybrid setup, you’ll be in the office just 2 days per week, working closely with the Head of Change and wider tech teams to shape and steer our transformation journey.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the operations of a growing PMO function
- Maintaining and refining Change team logs and technology portfolio reporting
- Organising project pipelines to deliver on time, within budget, and to spec
- Driving standardised practices across the portfolio
- Championing resource optimisation and boosting project success rates
- Supporting the transition from a portfolio office to a fully-fledged PMO
- Building strong relationships across teams with top-tier stakeholder management

- A track record of improving processes and reporting within a PMO setting
