About the role:
You will be managing a team of Implementation specialists and carry out day-to-day people management tasks. You will also oversee the delivery of projects and promote best practices.
About you:
You will have a strong understanding of pensions knowledge in Defined Benefit schemes, and be comfortable owning client interactions. You will also have proven management/leadership experience.

A strong understanding of different pension schemes and how they are administrated – deep knowledge of DB pensions specifically

Able to work directly with clients and stakeholders

Experience implementing projects

Line management experience, or strong and proven leadership skills
