Role overview

As a Lead Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in a renowned design agency, focusing on creating scalable design systems and delivering hands-on UX/UI expertise.

You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into exceptional design solutions.

Focus on UX design using Figma, ensuring user-centric designs that meet client specifications.
Skills and experience required

Strong experience in design systems

Demonstrable experience in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your design leadership and UX/UI expertise.

Proficient in design tools such as Figma, with a solid understanding of React on the front-end beneficial.

Ability to lead, inspire and drive projects forward with creativity and precision.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with clients.
