You will lead a large, diverse team to ensure the successful completion of cutting-edge projects to the highest standards. Your leadership will be key in fostering a positive, productive environment that empowers your team to excel.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Unit Leaders, senior teams, and department heads.

Set a clear standard for success and quality within the team, ensuring everyone understands their role.

Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and trends to stay ahead of the curve.

Maintain departmental and business certifications with timely actions.

Continuously assess team capabilities against industry trends and provide training to ensure skills remain current.

Lead a team of 35 Software Engineers, Testers, and Architects.
Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience growing teams, expanding capabilities, and integrating new offerings.

Strong quality-focused mindset, with experience in managing and evolving an integrated QA team.

Experience in managing team performance and driving results.

Senior stakeholder management experience.

Confident in pitching, presenting, and leading strategic discussions.
