What you’ll need:
-
Solid software engineering knowledge, ideally in C or Java
-
Experience in a customer-facing role, providing support and training
-
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly and concisely to non-technical individuals
This role would suit either a recent graduate or a junior software engineer with a client-focused, product-oriented mindset. Strong communication is key for either, and we will be flexible as regards to background and technology.
This role is essentially fully remote, with occasional trips to the Edinburgh or Dundee office required so it would suit someone based in the Central Belt of Scotland. On offer is a salary up to £40,000, depending on experience.
