So we've created THAT TIME WHEN...our new video podcast!

Bright Purple's new video interview series

In our new video podcast series, our CEO Nick Price will be chatting with inspiring individuals from a range of backgrounds and industries, each with their own unique and thought-provoking story to tell.

The idea came from an existing project of Nick's, F*ck Up Nights, an international movement where leaders share their biggest mistakes and how they learned from them. Nick runs the Scottish arm of these evenings and they have proven a great success.

Following from F*ck Up Nights, we wanted to use our own Bright Purple platform to produce short interviews with inspiring leaders and individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and industries, to simply tell their stories and engage in some thought-provoking conversation for our viewers!

We did a test run of That Time When a few weeks ago with Global Fathers' Mental Health campaigner Mark Williams. The interview ended up being an hour long!! So we've split it into two parts on our Youtube channel which you can watch here:

That Time When We discussed men's mental health as a new Dad.

However, knowing this format is probably a bit too long..we've revised the format into handy 15-20 minute episodes moving forward. Perfect for a lunch time watch!

For our first episode in this new shorter format, it's THAT TIME WHEN...I was asked to protect God's Marines!

Nick speaks to Andy Brown who - after 30 years as a police hostage negotiator and a chance meeting with an Irishman at a pub - found his calling at the Vatican as Chief Security Office for the Jesuit Refugee Service.

Listen to Andy's incredible story and how his unusual occupation has added to his skillset and changed some of his perspectives on life and in the business world.
