At Bright Purple we are now in a position, more than ever, to ensure we have a focused wellness campaign. Virtual working can be really difficult for some and we want to make sure we are acknowledging this and are looking after employees and furloughed staff, as well as providing an appropriate platform to discuss the uncertainty, worries and anxieties that we are all feeling at the moment.
Our head of Health and Wellbeing, Louise Millar, has put together a document with practical tools for thriving through the chaos, with an aim to provide information on building resilience in the workforce through times of VUCA (Volatility / Uncertainty / Complexity / Ambiguity). We have been using this internally over the past few months as well as sharing it with clients and candidates. The feedback we have received has been great and has also helped us add to the document over time. We are now keen to share this with our wider community - please click here to access the document.
