Head of Customer Success - London - £90k

We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Success Manager (Head of Account Management) with strong commercial experience ideally gained in the FinTech software market, however the wider (SaaS) software industry would suffice. Our client is a rapidly expanding start-up payments technology business with offices in London, Edinburgh and Dublin. With close to 6 billion payments made and an ever increasing client base they have had a huge impact in their market.

The sales team is growing significantly and there is an urgent need to hire a talented, ambitious and experienced Head of Customer Success ( Head of Account Management) to work closely with the C level team on defining the customer success journey and road-map and manage a team of customer success and account development executives.

*To be considered you will need to demonstrate:
*A strong history of developing key accounts with a focus on cross and upselling
*Longevity in roles
*Experience managing, growing and developing teams of account managers
*UK Commercial experience gained in SME / Start-Up Software companies selling into enterprise markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and vibrant company in central London who offer a salary of circa £90,000 plus 30% Bonus and other attractive benefits.
