Head of Customer Success

We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Success Manager with strong commercial experience ideally gained in the FinTech market, however the wider (SaaS) software industry would suffice. Our client is a rapidly expanding start-up payments technology business with offices in London, Edinburgh and Dublin. With close to 6 billion payments made and an ever increasing client base they have had a huge impact in their market.

The sales team is growing significantly and there is an urgent need to hire a talented, ambitious and experienced Head of Customer Success to work closely with the C level team on defining the customer success journey and road-map and manage a team of customer success and account development executives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and vibrant company in central London who offer a salary of circa £90,000 plus 20% Bonus and other attractive benefits.
