As a Middleware Technical Specialist, you will be a key part of a high-performing team supporting the organisation's WebSphere Application Server infrastructure.
You will support live service through proactive identification of risk, swift resolution of live issues and proposing appropriate fixes and improvements for future.
Also you will collaborate with internal and external parties in order to provide excellent customer service.
In particular you will have very strong experience, gained in a commercial environment, with the following:
*Strong technical expertise and decision-making skills.
*Experience working with IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server and IBM WebSphere Portal.
*Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility for team deliverables.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Extensive knowledge of UNIX.
