Opportunity for an experience Help Desk Administrator with a technical mind-set to join a fast growing, market leading software house.
This is a brand new, exciting position working for a rapidly expanding company who have recently launched a revolutionary new cash management application for iPad and iPhone users.

Main responsibility: You will be working with a community of software users to ensure user-generated content, comments, questions and ad-hoc requests are uploaded to our client platform are responded to, delegated or escalated appropriately and within service levels.
Key experience required:
*Proven track record supporting CRM and platforms to engage with users
*Excellent communication skills both written and oral
*Ability to collate and present market information
*Passion for customer service
*Good understanding of iPad and iPhone
