I am looking to speak with Team Leaders who having proven experiencer in a call centre/customer service background for a role working with a large financial organisation.
This is a temporary contract that would run until the end of December and I am keen to speak with individuals who would be available to start work immediately.
Key skills and experience:
Lead and manage Customer Service Representatives with responsibility for the overall operational SLAs and KPI deliverables
Coach and mentor Customer Service Representatives team to ensure continued customer service excellence
Assist team to resolve problems and escalations
Deliver and exceed on all team performance targets
