My client is based in Edinburgh and is the UK's leading provider in supporting around half of utility customers. As the company is expanding they are looking for a passionate and experienced .Net Developer.
This is a challenging role as part of the supporting team working on a variety of projects using the most current development tools.
*Providing technical 2nd and 3rd line support to customers
*Respond to support calls and ensuring incidents are quickly and accurately logged
*Maintain an understanding of the internal escalation process
*Ability to work manage your time and meet all deadlines
*Fault analysis/Debugging skills
*Provide support for the applications including its users and associated services and configurations
To be successful in this role you must have at least 1 year commercial experience in technical software support. It is essential you can demonstrate your experience in .NET 4.0 and C#. You will have good experience using remote desktop technologies and have knowledge of ITIL Framework
You will be awarded a competitive salary of up to £30,000 plus benefits package including holidays, pension and access to other benefits to suit you including child care vouchers, holiday buy and many more.
